Explanation   Cisco Config Agent service failed to read or write to a remote IM and Presence Service database in the local cluster. This may indicate the system a DB health issue. Recommended Action    Verify that the service "A Cisco DB" is running on the node specified in the alert. Sometimes these errors can be transient. In some cases the Config Agent may be accessing remote nodes that are not available for some reason. If that is the case then this error is expected. This would happen in a user reassignment to a node that is not installed or available.
