Cisco Unity Connection Release 12.5(1) Service Update 4 and later, administrator provide Speech View functionality with Hosted Collaboration Services (HCS) deployment mode. To use SpeechView feature in HCS mode, you must have HCS SpeechView Standard User Licenses with the users. HCUC_SpeechView entitlement tag is added to support the functionality. In HCS mode, only Standard SpeechView Transcription Service is supported.
