Navigate to OS administration > Security > Certificate management and download the root CA certificate and intermediate (if any) that signs Call Manager and Tomcat certificate. Then navigate to Expressway-C > Maintenance > Security > Trusted CA certificate and upload the CA certificate of Call Manager and Tomcat certificate.
