SocialMiner Product Name Change All the references to SocialMiner are changed to the Customer Collaboration Platform. The following changes are made to the payloads in the Cisco Finesse 12.5(1) ES REST APIs. • Single Sign-On APIs—The optional parameters are added in the Fetch Access Token and Refresh Existing Access Token APIs. • User APIs—The following field has been added to the payload: • skillTargetId—Indicates the unique identifier for the skill target assigned to the agent in the Unified CCE database. • Dialog—Drop Participant from Conference—This API is now extended to allow an agent, who is a participant in the conference call, to drop other participants. JavaScript APIs The following JavaScript APIs have been added in Cisco Finesse 12.5(1). • finesse.shortcutkey.ShortcutKeyService • finesse.utilities.DesktopCache The following changes are made in the Cisco Finesse 12.5(1) JavaScript APIs. • ContainerServices—Added the collapseMyGadget and expandMyGadget functions that hide and display the gadget contents respectively. • DialogBase—Added the updateCallVariables function that updates the dialog's call variables. The following changes are made in the Cisco Finesse 12.5(1) ES JavaScript APIs. • User—Added the getSkillTargetId function that retrieves the skill ID of the user. • Gadget Configuration—Added the skillTargetId field which refers to the skill ID of the user.
