C H A P T E R 9 Third-Party Gadgets Cisco Finesse provides a mechanism for you to upload third-party gadgets to the Finesse server. This mechanism allows one user in the Finesse system to upload gadgets to one directory using secure FTP (SFTP). After you enter a password, you are prompted to confirm the password. You must set the password before you can upload gadgets using SFTP. You must enable or reset the password for the 3rdpartygadget account on install. The password must be between 5 and 32 characters long and must not contain spaces or double quotes (").
