VruScriptedXferredCalls YES DBINT Count of the VRU calls marked as routed to agents because of caller difficulties in the reporting period. This field is incremented only if the call's routing script sets the VRUProgress script variable to a certain value. VruForcedXferredCalls YES DBINT Count of VRU calls marked with any VRUProgress value other than the reporting period. This field is incremented only if the call's routing script sets the VRUProgress script variable to a certain value. VruOtherCalls YES DBINT The total time that all calls spent at the VRU in the reporting interval. This is the total VRU time, whether the call was queued or not. VRUTime Call_Type_Map This table is part of the Script category (see Script, on page 629). For database rules, see Script Tables, on page 701. It maps call types to scheduled scripts. Use the Script Schedule facility of the Script Editor to add, update, and delete Call_Type_Map records.
