To route calls to an enterprise agent, you must have defined a label associated with the device target. Use Unified ICM Configuration Manager to create, delete, and modify device targets. To configure Unified CCE, use Agent Targeting Rules versus Device Targets. Based on configured agent targeting rules, if an agent attempts to log into an extension to which the router cannot target a call, the peripheral gateway rejects the login request and returns an error that includes why the log in request failed.
