As a default, it should be set to half the PredictiveGain. It attempts to correct for systematic undershooting or overshooting over several correction cycles. The default is 7. PredictiveHistoricGain NOT NULL DBFLT8 THIS FIELD IS NOT CURRENTLY BEING USED. IT IS RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE. Multiplier for the Proportional term when the measured Abandoned Call Rate is less than the target rate.
