There are several scenarios in which the field is not filled in correctly, including but not limited to the following: • If there are two agents on the call, in which case the field can reflect only the extension of one of the agents. • If the agent extension is greater than 4294967295. • If there are leading zeros in the extension. • If there was a blind transfer to an unmonitored device.
