This name must be unique among all application gateways in the enterprise. EnterpriseName NOT NULL DBINT The fault-tolerance strategy used by the application gateway. To see values for this field, see Application Gateway: Fault Tolerance, on page 655. FaultTolerance FK, IE-1 NULL DBINT Identifies the instance associated with the application gateway. ICRInstanceID NULL char(1) Indicates which side of the Gateway the software should use when both are available: A or B. This applies only when ApplicationGatewayType is 0 (custom gateway).
