Notes Replacement Effective from Date Feature The shutdown timeline for Webex WFO’s Data Explorer has been extended from June 30, 2025 to July 30, 2025. After July 30, 2025, customers will no longer have access to Data Explorer and are expected to leverage Webex WFO Insights for all reporting needs. With the recent launch of Classic WFM datasets, this extension provides Classic WFM customers with additional time to familiarize themselves with Insights and move comfortably to the new reporting experience.
