For both the audio and video calls, change the packet size for the codecs G711, G729, and G722 in Cisco Unified Communications Manager and the remaining codecs is changed in Cisco Unity Connection Administration. In SIP integration, you can also send comfort noise packets through telephony. For information on how to send comfort noise packets, see Configuring Unity Connection to Send Comfort Noise Packets every second during Record section. Note Step 8 On the Port Group menu, select Search Port Groups. Step 9 Repeat Step 2 through Step 8 for all remaining port groups that belong to the phone system integration for which you want to change the audio format of the media stream.
