- Check if the MGCP Gateway is Configured for the FXR Package
When the T.38 fax calls to the fax server from the PSTN fail and if the Cisco Unified Communications
Manager traces show support_FXR=0, then the FXR package configuration can be missing from the MGCP
gateway. In this case, add these commands to the MGCP gateway:
