Phone Resets Problem After users log in or log out, their phones reset instead of restarting. Possible Cause Locale change is the probable cause of the reset. Solution No action is required. If the user locale that is associated with the logged-in user or profile is not the same as the locale or device, after a successful login the phone will restart and then reset.
