You can set up to 199 speed-dial numbers. Speed-dial numbers configured from Cisco IP Phone do not appear in Self Care Portal. Procedure Step 1 From Unified Communications Self Care Portal, choose Phones > Phone Settings > Speed Dial Numbers. Step 2 Choose your phone and click Add New Speed Dial.
