/mcpDescription Field If you select this option, either the primary or secondary CTI Manager reachability must remain intact for the specified time duration before the Cisco TSP instance initiates a fallback. The valid values for this field are numbers in the range 1-3600 minutes. Fallback After If you select this option, you can schedule a time for the initiation of fallback. The format is YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM. The Cisco TSP instance initiates a forced fallback at the scheduled time. Note If the connectivity to either the primary or secondary CTI Manager is not established at the configured fallback time, Cisco TSP would not attempt to do a fallback later when the connectivity is restored. To force a fallback, you must reconfigure the fallback option to the required interval or time. Scheduled Fallback If you select this option, you can schedule a planned fallback to occur either every day at a particular time or on a particular day and time of the week. The format is either ddd HH:MM or HH:MM. For example, Mon 09:00 or 09:00. You can schedule a daily fallback by omitting the day setting. If you omit the day setting and specify a time in the future, the fallback happens on the same day. If you omit the day setting and specify a time in the past, the fallback happens on the next day. Fallback Every After the installation of the Cisco Unified CM TSP client is complete, you can either configure or modify the fallback settings using the CTI Manager tab in the Cisco Unified CM TSP dialog box. For more information, see CTI Manager Tab from Unified CM Release 15SU2 Onwards, on page 130.
