/mcpTable 9: CTI Manager Configuration Fields from Unified CM Release 15SU2 Onwards Description Field Use this field to specify the CTI Manager to which the TSP attempts to connect to first. Select one of the following options: • Click the IP Address radio button and use the text box to provide the IPv4 address of the Primary CTI Manager. • Click the IPV6 Address radio button and use the text box to provide the IPv6 address, if the application must connect using IPv6 with the Primary CTI Manager. • Click the Host Name radio button and enter the host name of the Primary CTI Manager. Primary CTI Manager Location Use this field to specify the CTI Manager to which the TSP attempts to connect when the Primary CTI Manager is not reachable. Select one of the following options: • Click the IP Address radio button and use the text box to provide the IPv4 address of the Secondary CTI Manager. • Click the IPV6 Address radio button and use the text box to provide the IPv6 address, if the application must connect using IPv6 with the Secondary CTI Manager. • Click the Host Name radio button and enter the host name of the Secondary CTI Manager. Secondary CTI Manager Location Use this field to specify the CTI Manager to which the TSP attempts to connect when both the Primary and Secondary CTI Managers are not reachable. Select one of the following options: • Click the IP Address radio button and use the text box to provide the IPv4 address of the Tertiary CTI Manager. • Click the IPV6 Address radio button and use the text box to provide the IPv6 address, if the application must connect using IPv6 with the Tertiary CTI Manager. • Click the Host Name radio button and enter the host name of the Tertiary CTI Manager. Tertiary CTI Manager Location Preferred addressing mode with which the application tries to connect with the CTI Manager when IPv4 or IPv6 address is available. Click the radio button that is applicable. If the TSP fails to connect, it retries with the other IP addressing modes. IP Addressing Preference When you click the Fallback Settings button on the CTI Manager tab, the Fallback Settings screen appears as shown in the following screenshot.
