Silent Monitoring Session Terminated Event SLDSMT_MONITORING_TERMINATED When Monitoring Session is toned down as security capabilities of the supervisor do not meet or exceed the capabilities of agent, this event is fired on the supervisor to inform the same to the application. This event is only available if extension version 0x000A0000 or higher is negotiated. Note The format of the parameters follows: • dwParam1 – Message type -SLDSMT_MONITORING_TERMINATED • dwParam2 – TransactionID – which is unique for the Monitoring session • dwParam3 – New Cause Code -LINEDISCONNECTMODE_INCOMPATIBLE Media to BIB Started Event SLDSMT_MEDIA_TO_BIB_STARTED This event indicates that agent greeting call has been successfully set up. This event is only available if extension version 0x000B0000 or higher is negotiated.
