Port Status The values for the Port Status field in the Dialer_Port_Real_Time Table (see Dialer_Port_Real_Time, on page 238) are listed below: • 290 = port allocated for future dial • 300 = port released • 310 = reservation call started • 320 = agent reserved • 330 = customer call started • 340 = customer has been contacted • 350 = call transferred to agent • 360 = customer conversation complete • 370 = agent completed with call Route Call Detail Fields This section has values for three fields in the Route_Call_Detail Table (see Route_Call_Detail, on page 380): RequestType, OriginatorType, and TargetType. The RequestType field indicates the type of route request processed.
