/mcpConfigure VPN Feature Parameters Procedure Step 1 From Cisco Unified CM Administration, choose Advanced Features > VPN > VPN Feature Configuration. Perform the following tasks: • Upgrade the firmware for Cisco Unified IP Phones to a version that supports VPN.
