Notes Possible Values Description Type Parameter This parameter is returned for Team API only and not for User API. This parameter applies only to Unified CCX deployments. BUSY, IDLE The state of the user on a manual outbound call from NOT_READY state. — mediaState User API Errors Description Error Type Status The request is malformed or incomplete or the extension provided is invalid. Invalid State 400 The extension, state, or requestedAction is not provided. If signing in a mobile agent, the mode or dialNumber is not provided. Parameter Missing 400 Unauthorized (for example, the user is not yet authenticated in the Web Session). The user is not authorized to use the API (for example, an agent tries to use an API that only a supervisor or administrator is authorized to use). Authorization Failure 401 The authenticated user tried to make a request for another user. Invalid Authorization User Specified 401 A user tried to change to a state that is not supported in the scenario. Invalid State 401 A supervisor tried to change the state of an agent who does not belong to that supervisor's team.
