/mcpKeys and NULL Option Data Type Description Name NULL DBINT The time, in seconds, accumulated by calls that were too short to be counted as abandoned during the half-hour interval. These calls were abandoned before the abandoned call wait time expired. ShortCallsTimeToHalf NULL DBINT The total number of calls to the route that were too short to be considered abandoned during the half-hour interval. A call is determined to be a short call if it is abandoned before the Abandoned Call Wait Time expired. Short calls are not considered abandoned, nor are they accounted for in any of the Unified ICM abandoned calls calculations. ShortCallsToHalf NULL DBINT The number of seconds the call was talking plus the number of seconds the call was on hold. TalkTime for routes and services is taken from the TalkTime and HoldTime. It is counted when any after-call work associated with the call is completed, and the database is updated every half hour. TalkTimeToHalf NOT NULL DBINT The Central Controller’s time zone for the date and time. The value is the offset in minutes from UTC (formerly GMT).The value is negative for time zones to the east of UTC and positive for time zones to the west of UTC.
